Does anyone else's baby(ies) do this?

Good afternoon!

I gave LB and Kira their afternoon snack, Kira her pig ear, and LB her NB Potato and Duck biscuit. Then I see LB trying to bury it. Now she wouldn't leave it anywhere. She would bury it on our bed covers. Take it out and bury it in her room (her crate). Take it out and bury it in the furniture pillows. Take it out and try to bury it back on our bed covers again, using her nose to push the covers on top of the biscuit. It's amusing to see because she would be doing this for 10 minutes, by this time Kira is done with her snack. Kira tries to get her biscuit and this is when LB eats it.

Does anyone else's baby bury their food? Kira has never done this before. I think it's cute.

Aww, how cute that would be to watch.

No, none of my bury their food. But they do like to play with it. Even though I will give them the same treat or bone, they play pass the bone. They will take it and chew on it for a few seconds and then the other dog snatches it up while the other one chases after him to get it. This will go on forever. They always want what the other one has even though they have their own and the exact same thing!!

Kallie will only do that with a hard biscuit but we now give them the "animal", animal crackers from the Petco doggie bar and they devour them.....never bury them!! LOL

I guess LB just concludes that after 10 minutes of trying to do something with it and Kira is lurking, waiting for the opportunity to snag it...............it's either use it or lose it!!!! lol:D :D

My little yorkie will bury food and toys so no one else gets them..if they get close she runs over and tries to eat all the food so they can't or she'll carry around her favorite toy all day...using it as her pillow and dropping it in her water bowl when she needs a drink so no one else gets it.. She's crazy!

The other day I bought 3 nylabones...
I gave one to Emma first, and she took it to her bed and started chewing on it. Then I gave one to Miko, and when she realized that Miko had one too, she came over and took his and put it on her bed with the other one. She layed on one, and started chewing on the other one.
Miko just looked at us with a pitiful face, so we gave him the 3rd one, and she came and grabbed that one too! LOL She's so funny :) But then, I guess she felt bad because she brought one back over to Miko for him to chew on. Very sweet!

My Boots does this, its so funny to watch, when i give my girls treats Boots is eyeing up Missy and when Missy is almost finised Boots will run up the stairs and hide her treat so that Missy will not steal hers when she is done with her own.

Thats my house. Before I got Chyna Scoobie didn't even bother with the bully sticks or his little spiral thingys (Merrick products). As soon as she came she started in on them and now he is chasing her down trying to snatch them up. Its so comical. He will stand over her barking while she is chewing and growling at the same time. My furbabies keep me entertained!
