Jack's Re'marking'able Easter Visit!!

Well Easter Sunday was the big testing day with Jack and his 'marking' attacks at my son's house. I bought a belly band from Jodi and boy was I glad I had it. When we got to my son's house I made Jack go for a walk first to go peepee and of course he had to go 3 times just to let those people know he was there!! Then he tried to drag me back to the house to see his cousin Champ (Boxer).
We put the band on before we went in and those two took off like a bat out of he** and sure enough he stopped in mid play, went to her bed and lifted his leg to 'mark' and thank goodness the belly band was on. He tried to 'mark' things at least 5 times!!!! Soooooo.... we had to wash the band and put it in the dryer. We took them outside to terrorize each other and let some steam off. Jack found every pile of Champ's poop and tried to 'mark' that. Nothing was coming out but he was bound and determined to let her know that he was the MAN!!!!

The band went back on and he was fine the rest of the night. He is such a riot to watch but I hope he out grows this. Do they? OH please tell me they do!!

Next time you should put a sanitary pad inside so you don't have to wash it and it helps keep the pee away from their skin too.

Cheryl, you need to emphasize to Jack that Kallie and him have a lot in common. Every where Toby pees, Kallie runs over and pees on top of it. She thinks she has the last say on the matter, lol. So if they are going to be a "couple," he is going to have to let her be top dog in the marking area!!! ROFL

Jack is neutered and he didn't do this the first couple of times we went by my son's house. It only started in January.
I didn't think about putting the pad, thanks, that makes alot of sense.
Kallie can be the top dog with Jack. He would never argue with an older woman and the love of his life!!!

All my girls mark too!! They all get in line and wait to pee on top of the other's pee. Chloe will then go again after everyone else has gone on that spot!
