Does anyone here use the washable ones....if so...
how do they compare to the disposable? Do you have an inexpensive source?
I just got a lousy shipment of horrible pads...my original source stopped carrying the large ones...and the quality of these are just so bad.
I am thinking of switching over

I don't use the washable ones. I used the Wee Wee Pads by Four Paws. However, I started using these underpads from Sam's and I haven't gone back to the others. I know you are probably going to raise an eyebrow at this one, but take my word for it......these things are SUPER absorbent! They are much better than any other pee pad I have ever tried AND they are huge!! Good for bad aimers! :awink: I know they aren't meant for dogs, but heck, they do the job!! :D

It doesn't look like it's available for delivery...you have to pick it up at the store. :(

I have used the washable ones from personally paws, but i stopped because i got tired of washing pads everyday not because i didn't have enough, but they start to smell. I keep a really large washable pad down and put two 23x36 pads on it in an Iris pen that way the pups can't accidently potty on the floor. Since i have 4 i let them all potty and then take the pads up and throw away and don't have to worry about smell. I ordered these pads from amazon and i wish i didn't order so many they are so cheaply made that when i'm running low i'll go to Sam's and pick up the people pads.

I order disposable ones for Em from PetEdge. I stock up on everything that I need for her and order a couple of times a year or so. If I happen to run out between orders, I just buy some at Wal-Mart. They're not as nice but will do in a pinch!

I order mine from Amazon - a little pricey but I can count on the quality. I like the big, thick ones

I have Amazon prime, so it's free shipping. These are the biggest they come, I think.

I use both disposable and washable. The disposable in the pee pad holder and the washable underneath as both Belle and Sammy think it counts if just the front feet are on the pad:( I buy the disposable ones from Foster and Smith and really like them. Can't remember where I bought the washable ones. I use a little bleach when I wash them and have learned NOT to put them in the dryer. They retain some odor. I hang then over the patio in the summer or over a hanger on the shower rod during winter.

For multiple dogs, they are great. I hate those thin ones, these are really thick and absorbent. Of course, it would be nice if they would stop peeing NEXT to the pad *coughLoiscough* and actually hit the actual pad. I swear, My floor cleaner gets a workout.

that's why i have the pads in an Iris pen so that doesn't happen. Eventually i would like to have the pads out of the pen, but since i'm still working on them with indoor training i'll keep to the pen. I'm just happy that they're finally using pads and not protesting anymore to potty outside. :)
