When you leave a post......on the bottom.......before you hit submit.....in additional options.......remove where it say's instant email notification and change it to no email notification.:D

Hi Marina,
An easier way to do this permanently is:
At the top of your screen go to "UserCP, then on the left hand side click "Edit Options..In the middle of the page you will see (Right side) it will say Instant Email Notification" go to the arrow and scroll down to "No Email Notification.. Then at the bottom hit "save changes" and your done..
