Micro-Bubbles Spa???

I want to know what you guys think about Micro-bubbles spa. I will take Sofia as soon as I get back to PR. But I wonder if that is worth it. The price is usually 6 section from $120 to $150. But I heard good thing about, it even cures dogs with really bad skin problems.
