Make Someone's Day!

Feel free to one up me on any of my posts in this game as the poll lady lives to entertain her MT family, but please remember to keep the humor relatively clean. Comments are welcomed.

I came across this bit on FB and thought I'd share it here. Some of you may have seen it. I literally laughed my buns off. This one goes out to all the teachers! Enjoy!

:sidesplit: That is cute and too funny.

It reminds me of my oldest son when he was in 1st or 2nd grade. They ask him what his mom and dad did for a living and he said "I don't have a dad, I have two mommies" which meant my mom and myself. But of course it was taken differently

Umm, that reminds me. Wasn't someone suppose to teach us pole dancing. Where the ladies at?

No nativity this Christmas in Washington , D.C.

There will be no Nativity Scene in D.C. this year!
The Supreme Court has ruled that there cannot be a Nativity Scene in
Washington , D.C. this Christmas season.
This isn't for any religious reason. They simply have not been able to find
Three Wise Men in the Nation's Capitol.
A search for a Virgin continues.
There was no problem, however, finding enough asses to fill the stable.

Once upon a time there lived a king who had a beautiful daughter, the Royal Princess.

There was only one problem, everything the Princess touched would melt. Because of this, men were afraid of her and would not marry her. The king was devastated because this made his daughter very unhappy.

The king was determined to help his daughter so he consulted many magicians and wizards. One wizard told the king that if the Princess touched one thing that did not melt, then she would be cured.

The king was overjoyed and immediately held a competition: if any man could produce anything that wouldn't melt at the Princess's touch then he could marry the Princess and inherit the kings vast wealth.

Three young men took up the king's challenge -

The first young man brought forth the finest, hardened steel sword and laid it before the Princess but alas, when she touched it, it melted completely away.

The second young man brought diamonds because he reasoned that they were the hardest substance known to man and should not melt. However, the minute they were put into the Princess's hand, they too melted completely away.

The third young man stepped before the Princess and told her to put her hand into his pocket and feel what was there. The Princess blushed but did as she was told. She reached into his pocket and felt a hard object that did not melt!

The king was beside himself with joy and the Princess married the third young man and lived happily ever after!

So --- what was in the young man's pocket?

An M & M candy! They melt in your mouth and not in your hand!

Oh Sue. I can't let my friends who are Eastern Carolina University (Pirates) fans see that last one. They would love it and I'd never hear the end of it.
