Finally got my Spectrum 10 Hypro Pac. How do you use it? The sales lady told me to mix 2 tbsp with 2 tbsp of my regular condition in a bottle and mix well. Try to leave in coat for 3 minutes and rinse. It seems that you all just use it without diluting it??

I don't dilute it. I think it would be too runny... In my opinion. I normally massage it into Fifi's coat and let it sit for a few minutes then rinse it off. I'm sure someone else will give you better advice though. :)

It is economically better to dilute it but I never have ...... yet! With 5 fluffs, I am definitely rethinking the dilutiong thingie. I just know when I used it straight from the jar, it made a tremendous difference in their coats. I also think a key here is to make sure you leave it on the hair at least three minutes or longer if possible to give it time to do it's thing with the hair. Sometimes I will use a "warm" towel and wrap them in it and hold them until it has time to work and then rinse them. I was also told "not" to rinse it all out but to leave just a litte in. Ok, so there is my take and thoughts on the Spectrum 10 Hydro Pac........I will dilute it next time I use it and I'll let you know how that works. :p:p

I bought mine off of Ebay but learned about it via the Chris Christensen site. It is just fabulous, Elizabeth......makes even the most damaged hair soft and silky. It is like an intense conditioning product. I just "LOVE" this stuff!!! Another grooming supply that I will always have on hand. :) :)

I love the Spectrum 10 system especially the Hypro Pac. I use it like Carol does and don't dilute it. I leave it on them for 2-3 minutes and don't rinse all of it out. It made a big difference in Sammy's hair and I use it for Belle also and it helps so she doesn't mat so bad.

I have yet to try this product. It will certainly be on Daisy's wish list. This and the CC brush.

Is this purchased online only? or can I find it in retail stores?

Online as far as I have found so far. You can probably pick it up at a dog show if you have one in your local area but I've found either ebay or the Chris Christiansen site is the place to find it. :)

I bought it at the Kemptville dog show. I have been using a very small amount on the coat before brushing and WOW!! what a difference. Next time I will use it as a conditioner.

Jess I have wondered that too. If it works on the fluffs why not our hair. I would try it but a small amount and see what happens. If you do try it let us know how it turned out.
