I wouldn't even be able to clone my kids. When it's there time they should leave peacefully in my opinion. You might get a physical appearance similar but not anything else. But that's just me.

That would be too painful for me. Seeing the other child grow up thinking that's how my first would look like. Too much of a reminder. The only reason I would clone is if I wasn't capable of producing another child.

I know many people would do it to heal them but it just wouldn't be for me.

No. Even if I could get Mitzy's personality and everything cloned I wouldn't want to. It's still not the same dog. I'd rather let her live on through my memories of her. Every dog is different and to me that is what makes them special.. they are individuals :) As much as I would love to have her forever I know she will always have a special place in my life

I have to agree that no I would'nt clone my dog. There is only one soul and that goes with the dog. Even with a child I think that would be just so wrong. I guess I believe that God is the ony one who creates people and animals. TJMO

I saw the TLC special about this and it broke my heart.

I miss Sophie every day but I just consider myself lucky that I was blessed to have her for so many years. I would love to have 5 mins with her again but I carry her in my heart.
