No she isnt a Maltese. Pebbles is a Shih Tzu. and she is only 2.5 weeks old in this picture

Where did you get the name Bren ? . I wanted her to be called Henrietta , she looks like my Henry . Sarah:)

Thanks everyone. My 18 month search for a puppy is now over though I think the next few weeks waiting for her to come home is going to feel as long as the initial search for a puppy.

Pebbles is adorable. My mom has a shih-tzu. She is just such and adorable dog and has a really good personality. I'm so happy for you.

Pebbles is ADORABLE!!!! I love the name! My childhood nickname was pebbles!! My mom always had me in a topknot (hehe) and the family started calling me that...They still do!! Anyway! Congrats on the new baby!

Thanks Debbie from all that I have read and been told I think Pebbles will fit in with our family very well. I just hope Scrappy feels the same way about her.

Thanks Jodi. :) Apparently her markings are most sought after for showing not that I am into showing but it is nice to know. She could end up being Scrappy's big little sister lol My breeder hates giving guesstimates but she said she has never had one exceed 10lb. (Shihs can get to 18lb) I was wanting a teeny weeny Maltese and how I have ended up will Pebbles is a loooong story but one with a happy ending and one that feels like it was meant to be. Hubby is thrilled as he had wanted a black and white Shih Tzu

hehehe now I am. :) At first I was hmmm I am not sure about this as I only had eyes for Maltese and white dogs at that. But since then I got a pic of her face and I am now smitten. What do you think of the name? You can be honest lol
