breeder in Minnesota

Has anyone heard of bad things about a breeder from MN - about 3 hours south of Mpls? Or actually any breeder in MN?

I am giving you these links cause I want you to be informed. I bought Nemo from a petstore and I love him to death, but already at age 1 he had to have Patella surgery on his left leg (1600 dollars) and he right leg is grade 2 so I hope it will stay at grade 2 if not then he will need surgery on his right also.
My next one will be from a reputable breeder. I want to know the parents also.

Thank you! The one I'm talking about doesn't have a website. I saw the mom and the dad of the puppy and the rest of the litter. She would come with a two year health guarantee against hereditary disease and such. The parents have been screened for all the most common diseases and have a clean bill of health.....
