A couple of friends & I went shopping yesterday and one friends who dog had a skin tag removed needed some tee shirts to keep him from licking the wound. So we went to a thrift shop and she found some & I found a like-new stroller for CiCi for $30!

My friends were teasing me that we needed another fluff since it's large enough and sturdy enough for two! Uh - no thanks, not right now!

There's no brand name on it but here's a photo of it. I hope it was really a good deal.

AND, just in case you decide to add another one, there's some extra room! :wink5:

CiCi is going to love her new stroller. She will be feeling like a princess in her throne in there.

Make sure to take pics of CiCi when she's cruising the pavements :D

I keep seeing the stroller and I love the color. I would bling-bling the ride :D maybe some colorful flowers on the side. Oh yeah, CiCi would be riding in style. Just a thought

That is one lovely stroller! Love the color and it looks really sturdy. My friend was looking for a stroller for her two babies and she paid $76 for hers. It's a really nice stroller but bet she wished she could have had a steal deal like you got!!! You did GREAT!

Thanks for making me feel good about the deal I got. I kinda felt bad because a lady with a tiny Yorkie came up to the counter just as I'd finished paying for it and asked the clerk about it (it was outside at the time). But I was also glad I got it when I did.

No photos yet but I'll get some soon.

You're right, it is kind of plain. I have some fabric paint with glitter stuff in it and could bling it up a bit. But, since my DH will be the one pushing it most of the time, maybe I ought to leave it plain!

I like the color too, blue-green is my favorite color, and it is really sturdy. We had a flimsy one that broke before we could even use it!

That`s a steal! And I too LOVE the color! Oh, how I wish we had such thrift stores here in Europe  A stroller like that will cost me like €100 new lol. (No wonder I am addicted to amazon.com....)

That's a great deal and a nice stroller. It would be fun to bling it up. Mine's alot like that one and there's plenty of room for all three of mine. In fact there's room for another tiny one for Rosie. Cici will love it and it's fun taking them for walks. I like the fact that I can close it up and no one can see what's inside, that's of course if Belle doesn't jump out and dangle at the side.:lol2::lol2::sidesplit:

WOW! That's awesome! I bought a stroller almost like that for Fifi off of Amazon for 42 dollars in January. I still have to gather up the courage to actually take her out on the sidewalk with it lol

LOL I have the same problem. Can't get the courage to use it. Mine is still in PR and only used it twice :o.

I guess you have to be an older person to use something like this as I really don't care what other people think (one of the perks of being over 60!) I have one similar to Cici's stroller...Guardian Gear Sprinter (it has one big wheel in front and two in the rear) so it will roll easily over gravel lots or grass which is what I have to deal with at summer dog shows...don't worry I do not sprint! At dog shows I use it inside too and when people ask me about it I just say it beats letting my dog down to get all dirty when I have spent hours getting him clean and well groomed. They just about all completely agree and lots wish they had thought of it too! I can put three in mine too and last dog show I did as I had two of them on exhibition (a class you pay for where you are allowed to have your dog on the dog show grounds if he isn't entered in any event. All the same rules apply though as your dog must be over three months and registered or registration pending). If you dress your dog up you are going to have the same criticism from other people as you get with a stroller. Do you care what they think about your dog outfits? Go for it all of you who are reluctant to use your strollers!

Thanks everyone for making me feel good about the stroller. It really is a nice one and very roomy which is good for C as she gets hot sometimes being held or being in her purse carrier.

I have one kind of similar to that for my 3. Use to be just Sammy and Belle but there's pleanty of room for Rosie. Can't wait till the weather warms up and get out. I was going to go this wek but it's cool and damp and my RA and fibro don't like that one bit. I have t's for Sammy (will post pics after baths tomorrow) and of course Rosie has a few things to wear:tongue: Belle wears t's but she has dresses too, she's just not very feminine in them. Rosie almost always has a dress on. I also don't care what people think.:lol2:
