Kallie has not had a haircut in two years and her hair is on the floor now in certain sections. She had extreme hair damage when she first came to live with us 2 1/2 years ago so I really can't say how long from puppy stage to get to the floor. If her hair had been properly cared for, perhaps it would not have taken so long (lots of split ends and lots of uneven cutting). Also depends on how tall they are. Kallie is 10.5 pounds and is 12 inches from middle of the back at the shoulder to the floor. If Maza is shorter, it will take less time! Just be patient and keep it brushed every day and mat free and she will have a lush, long coat in no time!!! And be sure to wet her hair before each brushing with a light mist of conditioner to keep from breaking the ends of the hair.

Maza is now about 9.5 lbs and she is tall about 10 inches.It is no big difference beetween her and Kallie.Her coat is now about 4 inches long.
