Sunny morning kennels?

Hello, has anybody bought a puppy or have any feedback on Sunny Morning Kennel in Illinois. Thank you.

I just bought a pup from a breeder here in New Hampshire, there wasnt much to find on the net about them but I did check the better business bureau.

I didnt find anything on the breeder I went to but I did see some stuff on the others I had called.It made my descision easier !

I would check your local BBB and see what comes up, you can see the owners names and run them as well.

What exactly does USDA registered mean?

I read those reports but nothing untoward stood out to me:confused:

I did a google search & i think she breeds westies & poms too but i could not get any further as there is a traffic blocker set up on those sites!!

Elaine USDA means United States Department Of Agriculture.They are supposed to inspect these kennels or "Puppymills" and make sure these animals have proper housing, ventilation, food, vet care and so on. Do they do a good job, NO:( There are so many horror stories of these puppymills and bad conditions , the inspector will give a warning and tell them to fix it and sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. The inspection does not focus on these puppymillers breeding sick dogs or not standard to the breed, they are just there to look at the dogs surroundings! It doesn't say much for this agency (In my opinion) to much is overlooked and there arent enough inspectors versus puppymills.Sometimes it will take alot of violations for the inspector to recommend the kennel be shut down and the dogs seize , I think that is rare to happen though.

I would think if you read a report and there is violations and no comply reports, yes a bell should ring in ur head, it's basic commom sense which I have thank God:confused: :p
