My sweet mommy-to-be--Caddy!

I gave Caddy a bath tonight and just had to take pics. I also used the clippers on her and took her body shorter, I love the way they feel when they are all clean!
Excuse the laundry basket and hangers in the background, my girls were *cough* helping me with fold the laundry. None of these turned out very good but just thought I'd share anyway!

And this was taken about a month ago when we were in Kentucky for three weeks. But it's almost the same pose as the other one, they are barking at me, LOL. :lol2: Wait, it's Caddy who is the barking one in these pics.

Caddy has about three weeks left before her puppies are due and she's chunking out pretty nicely, LOL. :hearter: :hearter:

Look at that Mama to be. What a pretty girl she is. I know you are probably counting the days until d-day. I am counting them with you. Before you know it she will be getting huge around the middle. I feel so sorry for them towards the ending when they look so pitiful.

I think you did a fine job and probably best with the impending labor and delivery of new pups in just Three weeks...........that will pass so quickly. Are you all ready and do you have some help on the sidelines when that day arrives???? You will have to keep us updated on her progress. Are you eventually going to breed Lucy???

Oh Stacey only 3wks to go. Im sure your so excited, not be long till you feel those little guys all wrigling about in there. I was ablr to feel 3 when Missy was pregnant, and guess what, I was right. I should have taken bets on it. LOL

Aw thanks! it's not really a 'new' do, I just used the 5f blade again instead of using the combs, so it's a lot shorter than it usually is on the body. i leave the legs full and the beard/head longer, I like this style on them, I have to admit. I can't bring myself to cut their topknots.

I will not be breeding Lucy, she is spayed. She had to be finished before any breeding occured and since her coat got ruined (lost huge patches of hair) I had her spayed. It's too bad because I think Lucy would have done really well in the ring but she's definitely my pet!

I have almost all my supplies ready for the whelping and quite a few books on puppy intensive care and whelping. My hubby is a pediatrician so I have already told him that he will be helping me! He said he doesn't know anything about whelping puppies so I threw the books at him, LOL. My vet wants one of caddy's puppies so I know he'll also be on standby for me. I definitely do not want to leave anything to chance!
