spend:
# $350 for a Pucci dog carrier
# $900 for a gold crown on your cat's tooth
# $965 for a Louis Vitton Monogram Dog Carrier
# $4,495 for The Bark Avenue Jeweler's semi-bezel diamond dog necklace
# $10,000 for a catered party for your pet
# $12,000 for a handmade Loius XVI-style bed from Herrod's in the United Kingdom
# $250,000 for a one of a kind diamond dog collar
If you would buy any of these things, you're not alone. In fact, gifts for pets have become an American tradition. We don't leave our pets out of Christmas or forget their birthdays and the gifts get bigger and better every year. However, if you can't afford to live a modern dog's life, don't worry. If your dog could talk he would tell you that all the best things in life are actually free. He'd love a kiss and cuddle ?but don't you think that diamond collar would look stunning around his neck?
I found the above article and thought I would share it as I agree all our dogs really need is to knowthey are loved just like we do.;)
Though Scrappy does have a wardrobe of clothes that rival mine a couple of necklaces ;)

You talking about me again????:p :tongue6: Surely, as "Spelling Queen" I feel it my duty to assist the spelling challenged to better themselves! Did you really install a spell check????:sidesplit: :sidesplit: Oh and I agree with your other post, if I was going to spend that kind of money........it would be for another maltese baby!:smlove2:
I wouldn't be buying those expensive things for my babies even though they deserve it.

Well we all KNOW , that I like to pamper my pets . My 4 have a disgraceful array of accessories , so if money was no object , I would definitely indulge them . Sarah

Well I don't know that it is so much me talking to myself......it's more like I am chatting with slow typers and so it "appears" that I may be talking to myself.:p
And besides I'm the only one who really listens to me!:tongue6:

errr no I hadn't noticed :D
I have been known to import stuff from the US like a Lookout carseat for his first christmas (which has been the best purchase I have ever made for him) I also bought a great little food dish holder, harness and lead sets and clothes and a necklace and the list goes on.... Hence the request by hubby to reel my spending in :o
