I've never heard of it either but is it just something you spray to clean the area and does it contain an antibiotic(topical) to treat the stain or any bleaching agents? I'd write and ask the site owners and get a little more information on it. And then please do share what you find out with us. PLEASE:)

I'd love to know how this works as well.:D
I wonder if it works the same as Fresh Eyes for humans. After Leo's recent shampoo in the eye incident I used it twice a day and his eye and stains cleared up.

I would think this could be a boric acid wash, many show/breeders premix the powdered boric acid with distilled water and flush eye's and face to help clean up the staining and wash out tear ducts. You could write them and ask what the main ingredients are.
I have not tried this product, so if it works for you please let us know.
