Well, I have heard a lot of nice things about the Plush Puppy product and so I ordered the Natural Silk Protein Conditoner (for coats that require softening, detangling and hydration) to see if I can "rescue" Brandy's coat. I never thought I would get Kallie's coat to the soft silky point that it is today but she has a beautiful coat (I've used coat handler conditoner on her). But I saw this product and thought I would give it a tryas Brandy's coat is need of all the things it advertises to provide........I'll write a review when I use it.

I'm curious to know how this product does for your furbabies. I've heard so many good things about Plush Puppy and have thought of using their products as well.

Well, the bottle was $21.99 and was 24 ounces and it said you could dilute it 15 to 1 or use it straight. Well, I tried the dilution and it would not mix very good with the water and I shook the dickens out of it. So I was not very impressed with that part of it. As to the conditioning and smell, well, I was not impressed with that either. It did not have a pleasant smell like I had expected. I may use it on their feet but the rest of their body is getting the "coat handler leaven-in conditioner." So again, I was not overly impressed enough to order more or switch to this product from coat handler.

Are you going to return it or just use it on their feet?

I use Natural Conditioning Shampoo with Evening Primrose and am very pleased with it and plus it smells very nice. This is my opinion.

That stinks!! I heard such great reviews on it...I'm glad I didn't spend the money on it. Did you buy the seabreeze oil? That's the one that I've read about. I love Coat Handler!!! :)

No, I didn't try the seabreeze oil; I bought the conditioner and I just wasn't impressed with the dilution results. It suggested to either use straight or to dilute it but when I tried to mix it with water, it remained a bit "chunky." Coat Handler dilutes easily and thoroughly and so I'm sticking to my coat handler for a leave-in conditioner.

Some of those that can be diluted need to be mixed with HOT water and beaten with a whisk to get them mixed up. Of course you let it cool before applying.:)
