Ruling Against Man in Death of Puppy

A dog-friendly judge just sentenced a man to 3 years in jail for the death of a 10 week old puppy.
The young man was having a heated argument with his girlfriend and got so mad that he took the puppy and threw it off the 3 story balcony. It suffered severe head injuries and had to be put down.

I would have given him more years than that.
Better yet, I would have told him if he was that mad, he should have tossed himself off the balcony. Maybe if he felt the horror and pain of what that poor little puppy felt..he'd beg for his life. That poor little thing didn't have a chance to beg for its life.

How disgusting! It's sickening. I agree that he should have been given more time but around here he probably would have only been given probation or a much lighter sentence than 3 years.:mad:

I think he should have been shot!!
But, maybe other courts will take note and the punishment for abusing poor defenseless animals will get more stiff.

How sad that the puppy had to suffer at the hands of an angry man. He should have been given a siffer penalty. And the sad thing about this type of man is, they hold on to woman even after they do things like this. So the woman they are with are just as nuts!!! That poor puppy, so sad!:( :(

And we all know that he will more than likely not even serve half that time before they allow him out on the streets again for "good prison behavior.":mad: :mad:

Stories like this make me so sick!! I think anyone who EVER causes harm to a dog should have the EXACT same thing done to them!!!! I think it should be an EYE for an EYE!!! Animals are so helpless when it comes to being harmed by a human!! It is our responcibility to make sure they get the love they deserve!! I do like that they atleast gave him three years. Honestly most judges don't give very harsh punishments for criminals like this.. I should be a judge just for this reason!!! They would run out of room in the prisons when I was finished with them!!! Good greif! That poor puppy! My heart breaks for animals that are abused.:(
