I am very familiar with Jacqui Wickendens work , she's an English teddy bear artist and I collect mohair artist bears . I LOVE the shih tzu too .Bren if you like those look up Pedigrees Royal in Australia , Lisa Pays is the name of the artist . Sarah p.s those are really well priced .

Really! I must look her up. I have so many projects that I have lined up to do when I move. I have a carton of patterns for all sorts of things doggy, from beds, to hats, to bandanas, and everything else in between. I just loved that mohair Maltese and if it can be designed with the face of your own dog WoW an indulgence I know but it is now on my wishlist........ the "if you love me you will give me" list :D

I agree, I would be tempted to get something like that for my grandmother, she just LOVE's my 2 to bits, but she is not able to have one of her own ... she would get a kick out of this, but I also dont like the profile so much ... what a shame I'm so fussy!!!!!

Drats I didnt notice that when I saw it.
I was more dazzled by the fact the face can be changed to look like your own Malt.

I still love the blankets though and her bows are gorgeous :D

What are you talking about that IS Princess Charlotte's profile , now I'm all insulted , Secondly mohair is REALLY hard to work with and $100's of dollars a metre , those are REALLY good and as a collector I would know . My sister makes teddy bears , I'm going to have her recreate my 4 . Sarah

Now princess charlotte does not have a nose that slants down & i've seen her pic too many times to know that is NOT her:p & secondly if i was going to pay that much & i'm not saying mohair is cheap but i'd want the side facial profile of the Maltese to be correct:D afterall, you get what you pay for;)

Very cute, I also agree with other in I don't like the side shot though. I had a look at the other breeds she does and oh my gosh the Chihuahua one she does, isn't at all cute. Nothing like my Ernie.
I would never pay that much money for something like that, but that is me.
