Hi Andrea

She was a Pomeranian / Pekaneese.....Spelling !

She would have been 17 in August but we had to put her down in July.
So sad....she was my baby.
She always looked and acted like a puppy....I have many good memories with her.She did everything with us from Boating to swimming in the lake or pool.

Christmas will be hard without her....all of her ornaments !

Miss her dearly every day....

Awww John, Mandy was precious. How wonderful that you had so many happy years with her and so many great memories. My Benji was with us for 18 years, we lost him 4 years ago and it sure does leave a great void in your life when they are gone. I understand how you are feeling. Not a day goes by that you don't think of them.

Ah John, she is so cute. Im glad you got to spend so many wonderful years with her. I love her reindeer horns. She is looking at the camera as if to say, "ok daddy and I take them of now".LOL

Looks like them horns you have on her in the second pic are weighing her down a bit, cute:hearter: :) There's no replacement for a dog like that, is there?:)

I do hope that the upcoming holidays will provide some great new memories and fun for you and your family!

This is a picture of my Sophie. She was a lhasa-poo and she was with us 12 years until we lost her in July.

I love the look on her face in this picture. This is a door knob decoration, but I love how the bow lined up with her head. After I took the picture, she got up to leave, but kept stepping on the Grinch and her head would get yanked down.

This is also our first Christmas without her.

I really hope so, I am sure my Megan is going to try :)
It may weigh her head down and her rear may rise .... But I am sure she will try !

Lizzie seems to be more easy going than Mandy, Mandy really didnt like it !

It can be, but we are both LUCKY enough to have new little guys who need us (and who will destroy the lower branches of our trees).

That picture of Mandy with the reindeer antlers is "priceless." What a sweet natured dog to let you put them on her and then to photograph her. I am sure you miss her. I had a poodle named "Cricket" that I had 16 years and it is really hard to accept they are gone after being with you for soooooooo long. I remember my Cricket with such fondness now and know that I gave her a great life. I am sure if Mandy could have talked she would have thanked you for giving her such a Wonderful Life and great years of care!!!!:hearter:
