I thought two was enough for me too but now I have three!:D :D :D :D I can handle three. I just was offered another malt by my neighbor who has a client that just had a baby...........she can't handle both the furkid and the skinkid so she is getting rid of the little malt boy. I haven't seen him cause I know what would happen if I did!:o :o :o :o

i think my husband would kill me. we just bacame empty nesters and are looking forward to the freedom. i dont have anyone who would take my pups if we travel.so far weve been able to take them with us. geri

Oh I do know what you are saying. When our last little girl died, we thought we would just stay dogless and we would do a lot of road trips and vacations but I am home all day as a domestic engineer and missed the company. So we did get one and then Kallie had the separation anxiety and so we got Toby. Toby is so different in temperment and energy then our malts. So I wanted another malt and had two opportunities to get another one and took the one that "needed" us the most. NO REGRETS, except that now Toby seems to be left out of the playtime as the girls just love each other's company and "gentle" play. I feel bad for Toby now but Hubby says no more critters. And I must agree, three is enough for me. We have done a few road trips with two and found some great places that allow pets but never with the three yet.............hope it does not complicate our R&R any.:D
