How much should you give a person who regularly grooms your dog for Christmas? Is $20 enough? Sorry if this is a silly question.

I give my groomer at least $300 as a tip...............cause I AM my pups groomer. Sorry, Laurie, I just had to throw that in there! ROFL

Lauire I think thats plenty. Is it just a wee tip your wanting to give her. Thats what I would give. Well the groomers arnt the cheapest here, Ill tell you that.

Harriett, I usually give her a $10 tip, but I wanted to give her something extra for the holidays. She's always so sweet to LB and LB likes her. I've seen her as she grooms her.

The total package for her costs $53.00. And I always get what I ask for.

Thats pretty expensive as well Laurie. I brought Betty for her first groom last week, because it was her first time I didnt want to let her go alone so I booked Boots in with her.:D I would have loved Missy to go 2 but I knew I didnt have the money for the 3 of them. That cost me £40 for the 2, I think thats about $80, so I guess that wasnt bad.
Am gona get Missy done before christmas. She looks so scruffy compared to the other girsl.

$20 is not bad. That's what I give Jack's groomer. I also give a box of treats for them to give out to their clients.

Laurie I think doubling your usual tip is fine and perhaps just a small gift for her maybe like a box of chocs....

Scrappy and Pebbles groomer will do anything for chocolate..... you reading this kids ;)

I ended up giving her $20 and bought a tower of chocolates similar to this one for the rest of the staff to share:
