I thought it would be interesting to find out the most expensive shampoo or conditioner you have ever bought. I just purchased Cowboy Magic's conditioner, detangler & shine and spent $20.99 on 1 bottle. I have NEVER spent that amount of $$$ on MY shampoo or conditioner!!! But their hair does look nice.:hearter: :hearter: :hearter:

We're Cowboy fans too. For Detangler and Shine we have to pay £24.50 (about US$48) but it works and goes a very long way. We also love their Rosewater Demineralizer Conditioner - cheaper at £11.50 (about US$22) but so worth it. It can also be diluted for spraying on when grooming and there seems to be no build up in the coat. :)
I usually buy hair products for myself on special offer only - buy one get one free. :o

Sure, I would spend that much on shampoo and conditioners for my babies but never on myself.:D Maggie, does the Cowboy brand smell nice? Where did you buy it?

I recently started using pure joy. It is only about $13 dollars for the shampoo and $13 for conditioner. It works really well on Chipper. It has 2 fragrances and they both smell really nice.

I spend way more on the furkids than I do on shampoo for myself or the hubby (and we all know I adore the hubby). But I also use the Cowboy Magic on all the kids for their brush outs, as it smells wonderful (at least to me) and leaves a nice shine. I also use the ice on ice for brush outs too and the other CC products as well as Bless the Beast and of course pantene. They have way more shampoo/conditioner/hair treatments/combs/brushes, etc than I ever thought I would put out............but the really NEEDED it all!:D :D :D :D

It does smell nice Robin and I bought it at a feed store. You know where they sell horse, bird, rabbit food.

I purchased my first tube of Cowboy magic at a "feed store" but then came across this web site where it was cheaper to buy the bottle and it has lasted what seem like "forever". It truly goes a long way.

I usually spend about $10-$15 AU for a shampoo and the same for conditioner, but it does last a while.
As for my own hair, well what ever is on special is for me, lol

Well it's not hard to spend more on Chipper's shampoo than mine right now. I lost all my hair after the first chemo treatment and it will probably be quite a while before it grows back. I also buy more clothes for Chipper than I do for myself so I guess he is a little spoiled.
