Dog Repellant for your Christmas Gifts

Hey the Local Pet store told me how to keep Lizzie from shredding our gifts
while they are under the tree.

Put Vinegar on some towels and lay them around the bottom of the gifts and once they smell it they will leave them alone.

Just make sure the towels are not soaking wet, just damp so they dont get
all over your floor or gifts.

We tried it yesterday and the first time she went over she sneezed her head off and now she is avoiding it like the plague !

My wife even put Vinegar rags over near the paper towel rack and for the first time they are safe ! She really doesnt like the smell ! WoooWhoo !

My house smells really good with the Pine/ Vinegar but they gifts are still wrapped !

You know like when a Caterpiller turns into Butterfly ???? One day is Lizzie going to turn into a Maltese ???

For a 5 pound dog she creates 10 pounds of trouble :)

You wanna see wild?.....Steve used to have a Brittany which was crazy wild but he settled down around 2 yrs. and turned out to be the best dog ever.:D There's hope.....

Lizzie is so cute. My daughter's yorkie didn't shred the gift but he decided to mark it in another way when he was here the other day. It was a gift for my nine year old-so we told her her cookies may taste a little funny.

Sweet indeed but swifter than the wind! They would wear each other out having the time of their life. I just don't think you can keep the camera focused on them both.:D

John and I will have to compare photos of or kids (or try to re-enact one of the other's photos anyway). I love John's avatar photo of Lizzie, but Zoe never lays like that. He legs are spread out behind her (Marco says it looks like a frog). She rarely lays on her side now that she's older.

Brandy lays like Zo zo, like a frog. Kallie lays upside down and Toby curls up into a little ball. Guess they all lay what makes them feel comfy!:)

You know John, when a dog lays on its back with all paws straight up in the air it means they are completely comfortable and safe in their surroundings. She doen't have a care in the world when she's like that. You have done a wonderful job with Lizzie and she's telling or showing you just how much she trusts you.

Also, about the vinegar thing. It is great for cleaning up the area on the floor when they have a mistake and pee. The vinegar will keep them from finding that spot again and having a pee episode.
