Using the calendar, I noticed certain names have a cake beside them indicating a birthday. How is that emoticon placed there???? I have tried several different ways but have not been successful. I also tried to put a rose next to "anniversary" to indicate that date and it did not take either. Can you please inform us how it is done????? THANKS:) :)

Good question Carol. I referred someone to ask you about it, thinking since you are now a moderator they told you how to do it.
Maybe Jodi knows how it's done, or maybe ADMIN has to do it.
I could never figure it out.

Laurie, I went way back in postings and found your answer to my question about the cake thing. You said to click on 'single all day event' under 'add new event'. Does that help?

Just tried to do Jack's b-day and it didn't go on:( How bad is that...I'm the birthday greeter and I can't even get my own pup's special day on!

Hi Cheryl! I tried to delete it (Dec 28 event), but it said I didn't have permission to do it. I wonder why.

I wish I could give you some answers but I am still waiting to hear back from Admin on it............but know that I did PM him to find out how we can get the cake into the calendar, there has to be a way!:) And I cannot delete things from the calendar, sorry.:(

The cake is an automatically generated cake when you put in your profile your birth date. So if you want to include your pups birthday on the calendar you will have to change your personal birthday date to that of your pups. If you have more than one, then once the birthday date has past for the one pup, you will have to go back in and change the date to reflect the next pup's birthday. If you have any questions or I've confused you, PM me and I will try to help you with it. :)
