I came across some nail clippers that sense where the quick is and thought of my dear little Toby since he has all black toenails which makes it really hard to see where the quick begins. I am sure they would work great on the girls too!!!! Has anyone tried these yet or do you have an opinion on them???

According to the ad, it says it is battery operated and will show a "red" light if it is on the quick of the nail, shows "yellow" for caution and "green" when it is safe to cut.

They are a bit pricey at $24.99 but well worth it "IF" they truly work!

I NEED some feedback please!

I found only a couple of places here that sell them. I ordered some through PayPal but the next day heard my pp account had been refunded. It appears the seller decided there were "quality" issues and had stopped selling them. So... I contacted the other place, by phone. They called them "safety" issues and had also stopped selling them. It's such a shame because it's a great idea - maybe after a bit more R and D ?
