We have now had Brandy four months and she is such a dear. One thing she does that is really unique is that when she barks, she jumps lifting her front feet.............we aren't talking once in a while but we are talking every time she barks, she just does this little lift of the front paws off the floor. It's really cute but wondering if anybody else's dog does that.

Yes, she does get excited when she barks and does the hop......makes her different from the other two. Toby runs and gets something for you to play with him and Kallie sits up and begs flapping her front paws to be picked up! They each have their little way of communicating!:p :p

Thanks Maggie, she is such a doll and we she is just coming around so beautifully in her behavior and appearance. Bob adores her.:hearter: :hearter:

I have been so fortunate with my "rescues" that I count my blessings. She truly is a delight and such a great addition to our little family. She has come such a long way in recovering from her previous life. She enjoys her grooming (especially with all the new CC products Chandra helped me pick out), sleeps all night, is 100% housebroken.........has learned to ring the bells hanging on the back door...............etc. etc. etc................she has turned out to be all we could have asked for and more!:hearter: :hearter: :hearter:

Carol, it sounds so cute what Brandy does. She couldn't help but become a well-balanced pooch....she has an older sister who is a fashion beauty queen to show her the ropes:)

Oh my goodness that reminds me of Ezekiel. Every single bark that comes out of his mouth is a bounce. It is cute because when I am holding him and he does it i can feel the pounce. But other than Zeek that is the only one that does it at my house. I think it is adorable. :D :D :D

I do feel quite sorry for the little lad.............:( :( :( But then again, it is his own fault for being so "terrier." He just gets to sounding so mean but he is just a "verbal" player; Brandy just doesn't understand that yet! Hopefull with time, she will learn he really is a lovebug and just wants to play.

Well Carol I dont THINK mine's do that, but I think that wee Betty might do it sometimes. So the next time she barks, (which probably wont be long) I will have a look and let you know.
