I did pick her up! She is ADORABLE!!! When I got her she was so ready to play! I felt REALLY bad though because they had tied the crate shut with plastic things and I had to wait till I got her home to let her out! Took her to the vet and she weighs 1.7lbs! She is a tiny little thing! Im already so attached to her! She is doing GREAT with potty training! Im doing the whole crate thing! She also did REALLY well her first night home! I was expecting her to cry all night but she slept and didnt make a sound! She also didnt potty in her crate at night! I am SO excited for her! She is such a great puppy! I tried to upload some pics but it wouldnt let me, said they were too big! So here is a site where I have posted them...http://kmitchell88.multiply.com/photos/album/2

Awwww, Mia is just a doll:smlove2: !!!! Congrats again! Ahhhh, puppy breath. I just love it! I just read your post on her biting and replied.

We are here for you if you have any questions. I'm a first time Maltese owner myself and it's been hard at times, we've been through our ups and downs, but as LB gets older, it gets better. Everyone here will have wonderful advice for you.

Mia is a DOLL! She is so little and so cute! She is going to bring you so many happy times! Enjoy her! And keep posting pics.

Yes, sometimes I have to resize my pics to post them in the threads.......well actually I have to resize ALL the pics to put them in the threads. Resize2mail.com is a web site you can resize your pics to post!

Thanks everyone for all your comments! I have a quick question...I took Mia to the vet on Wednesday when I picked her up from the airport, and I asked him when I could take her a bath...He suggested that I wait for 3 weeks if possible, if not then 2 weeks. She is starting to get some tear stains and I wanted to take her a bath, tomorrow...What do you guys think about it?

When I got LB at 9 weeks, I gave her a bath right away. She needed it! I made sure that the water was warm and that I had towels to dry her right away, I didn't wash her head just her body. You can always use doggie wipes if you feel more comfortable, which is what I did for her head.

First off she is beautiful:smlove2: she is so cute..
I would really wait the 2 weeks, the tearstains are a different thing. You can use fresh eyes(The human kind) to clean them and use a little cotton ball. I am sure when the teething stops so will the stains

Andrea--how did you find out that fresh eyes are ok for the pups? Do you actually put it in their eyes or put some on the cotton ball and wipe the area under their eyes? Thanks.
