Zo zo's mom

The trainer told us several times how focused Zoe was this week and how she had progressed and was doing a great job. We were so proud.
We did a review of the basics : sit, stay, down, eye contact..added stay for 10 seconds, stay and step away from the dog (which Marco had already started on anyway), heeling (thank God the treat is now at hip level rather than Zoe's nose level..mom did it anyway) and come with a sit at the end. She rarely barked (only a couple of times when the rest of the class got excited and barking) and didn't bark when that big German shepard type dpg (still have no idea what kind of dog that is) was doing come and then came straight towards her...not a peep.
We got there with time to spare and the people in the class before started commenting on how cute she was.. . We had time to walk around with her before the class started.
In the new video, you can see how hectic and crazy it can be in the room. You can hear the trainer praise Zoe by name in the second to last video.
Homework for next week includes sit without a reward every time, not showing the treat when doing down, staying longer, eye contact in front and to the left of the owner, come with a sit.
We both feel so much better than last week. The trainer called her "our little fluff".
