In about 1.5 months i will have my new baby boy yorkie home with me...hehe...can't wait!!!

I am naming him Kioko - which means happy child; meet the world with happiness....

I will post pictures once the breeder sends them to me. Aww I am super excited.

I am still looking for my female yorkie to bring home...and hopefully in time I will find her...but until then I be busy with Kioko when he comes home...

But then again you'll never know I might find my female between now and then...a house full of yorkies and maltese...how lovely....

Well CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!

You are certainly becoming a "large" family of furbabies. I am at my limit due to deed restrictions (hubby is grateful or I would have more furbabies).:lol2: :lol2: :lol2:

Can't wait to see the first pictures of him..........LOVE the name you have chosen as well. So unique! You must be bubbling over with excitement!

Deed restrictions???? Please explain.

We have a "homeowners' Association" where it places restrictions on you when you live in the community. You know about all the restrictions before you buy into the subdivision. It means no commercial vehicles parked overnight, no cars left overnight in the street, no parked RVs or boats, no outside clotheslines, no satelite dishes, limited pets (3), submitting changes to the color of your homes for approval, supervises the overall appearance of your property (roof needs cleaning, lawn not up to standard, etc)..............I know it sounds restricted and it is but it is for the protection of the property owners and community to keep the homes up to a high standard for property values to be maintained. We appreciate having the same quality homes surrounding us that are well maintained. :)

When we lived in Tampa, the homes around us went to pot and so the overall value of our home was affected by the neighborhood.......thus, why we selected to move into a "deed restricted area."

Deed restrictions vary from place to place and subdivision to subdivision. Within four miles of me there are cows, horses, chickens, etc............I am also one of the few sudivisions that have a sewer system verses a septic tank. A very versatile little town.
