National Maltese Day

I thought it would be nice if we picked a date to celebrate the Maltese. It seems everything else has a special day during the year to celebrate, so why not the Maltese dog?
I researched the island of Malta and took 2 dates that are significant to the history of Malta.
The first date is for St. Paul-the patron saint of Malta-the day he was shipwrecked.
The second date is for the patriotic aspect of the island-flying the Malta flag.

I picked the 10th of Feb. because April 15th is already known for something!!! I wouldn't want anyone to forget Maltese Day!!!

Tough choice.. Feb 10th is very close to v-day.. april 15th may already be known for something, but we'd also get to celebrate this year!! :D Not sure which one I want to pick yet.

I went for April 15th. February can have Valentine's Day, April can have maltese love day. :)
