Simple dog treat recipes? My girls love peanut butter and I was wondering if anyone knows any simple treats I can bake. I'm not a fabulous cook so it needs to be easy. I tried to look online but they seem so complicated. Thanks All!

I know you can buy a dog cook book, maybe at your pet shop or book shop.
Sorry I can't help

I gave my son a great recipe book for treats. I'll try to get it back. I do have some fun snack idea for use with the Kong treat toy if you have it.
CHEESY DENTAL KONG DELIGHT:
3 slices of your pet's favorite cheese
Any Dental Kong toy
Just place the 3 slices of cheese directly into the grooves of your pet's
Kong. Melt in microwave for 20-30 seconds. Give it to pet after it cools
down.
FRUIT SALADS:
Apple and carrot chunks
1/4 of a banana
Appropriate Kong toy
Place apples and carrots in Kong toy. Mush the bananas in large hole
to hold fruit in place. You can include other fruits and veggies: orange
slices, peach and or nectarine chunks, celery sticks, broccoli and /or
cauliflower, tomato and black olive mixture.
PHILLY STEAK:
Steak scraps
1 ounce cream cheese
Appropiate Kong toy
Place small scraps of steak inside Kong toy. Spread cream cheese in
large hole to hold scraps.
FROZEN JERKY POPS:
Peanut butter
Bouillon
Jerky Strips-Water
Muffin tin. Smear a small amount of peanut butter over small hole in
your Kong toy. Fill with cool water and add a pinch of bouillon. Place
a jerky Stick inside Kong toy and freeze.
AUNT JEANNIE'S ARCHEOLOGY KONG (FOR ADVANCED DOGS):
Fill your Kong toy in layers and pack as tightly as possible.
LAYER ONE (DEEPEST): Liver treats
LAYER TWO: Trail mix or dry kibbles, cheerios, sugar-free, salt-free
peanut butter, dried banana chips, apples and apricots.
LAYER THREE: carrot stick, turkey or leftover ravioli or tortellini, the
last item inserted should be an apricot or a piece of
ravioli, presenting a smooth "finish" under the main
opening.
Hope that gives you some ideas to try.
