Well, fellow MalteseTalk members, it's time for our first ever celebration of the Maltese dog. Our family here at MT voted on picking the date for our very own special holiday to honor our wonderful breed.

So, I would like to be the first to wish every Maltese dog and its parents a most wonderful day. Have a great time celebrating your dog's life and its unconditional love for you.

Jack will be getting some extra play time with us today, an extra walk with his brother and a special treat at night.

Glad to have you on the forum and look forward to seeing pictures of your furry kids! Love the names!!! So I am anxious to know what a Malkie is. We call a combination of a Maltese and a Yorkie a Morkie. But whatever the combination........you have certainly perked my interest in pictures!!!
