Susan Marino has given up her career as an RN to stay home and devote her life to animals that have special needs. The only home of it's kind, she was featured on Oprah yesterday. The segment brought me to tears with some of the animals that she has helped and I'm posting this in hopes that some of you will contribute to this cause.
She is a truly an amazing woman....

My favorite part of the whole segment was when she said we focus on what they can do and not what they can't. We could all take a lesson from her.
I felt so bad for the dogs. That boxer moved me to tears. Having a pet is an honor and a priveledge and I have no idea how anyone can be cruel to a animal.

How VERY wonderful that Susan can do this. I think this is where I will donate Wookie's income from time to time now. God bless her for all she does for those animals.
Thank you for sharing the URLs.
enJOY!
