Update on Debbie/Maltchimom

10117WE HAVE GOOD NEWS

Just wanted to post the good news about Debbie and her surgery for cancer.

They got some good news yesterday and wanted to let everyone know.

She got a call from her surgeon about her pathology reports from her surgery and he said that there was NO cancer in the lymph nodes and that they got ALL of the cancer. How terrific is that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Her daughter wanted to thank all of us for being so supportive and encouraging throughout this process.

I can't wait for Debbie to recovery and get back on the forum I, for one, have missed her imput and postive posts!

Hurray!!!! News like this makes me so happy and also wants to make me slap myself upside the head!!! I vent about a stupid arcade game score and our wonderful friend Deb is going through something like this. I must learn to get my priorities straight.

Thanks to everyone!!! I am really happy with the news. God has really blessed me. I thank all of you for all the thoughts prayers and wishes. It has really helped give me strength. I am slowly getting more active. I am still sore and have little energy but it gets better each day (especially since all the tubes are gone). Chipper is glad Mommy is moving a bit instead of just sitting in the recliner all day. I love you all.

I can't tell you how wonderful it was to log on tonight and see that you have posted! Take it slow my friend, you'll get your energy back. Glad you are feeling much better!!! Your daughter was very sweet to keep us updated. It was such a relief to know that they got all the cancer and the test results were clear!!! I am so happy for you..........now I wish you a speedy recovery so that you can make the "WALK."
