Anyone ever use this? I got a bottle the other day but havnt used it yet, it has a nice scent and apparently is gentle so if a little gets in the eyes by mistake it wont sting.

Im excited to use it, think I will today.

Anyone use it? What do you think?

Did you get the Spa Lavish or the Spa one from Petco? The Spa Lavish will lighten up the stains on the face after a few uses. I have used it on the Malts. I also carry it on my website. Carol (Morkie4) just got some you may want to ask her what she thinks. I also like the smell of it. I don't know about the Spa one made by Petco.

I used it a few times. It's hard to wash just the face. I find it hard to get the soap out with just a cloth or whatever.

Tell me how you guys wash their faces without hosing them down. It would be really nice to know since mine eat raw. I wipe their faces after eating, but am not very satisfied with the results.

I will be using the Spa Lavish on the girls today so I will let you know what I think! It does smell nice though..............I had to smell it as soon as I got it. A GREAT price off of Mia's mom's website store!

I get a sports bottle that has one of the adjustable tops to it that twisits and fill it with warm water. That way I have more control where the water is going to go and they don't seem to mind having their faces washed. I can regulate "where" and "how much" water is applied to the face. Works for me! :)

That's a good idea. How do you keep the water just on the face though? Doesn't it drip down on their chest, etc...

Just a little and sometimes the feet as well but they try easily enough! I have in the past taken a ziplock baggie (gallon size) and cut it so it fit over their head and the water was more directed into the other sink. I have a double kitchen sink so put them in one side and held their head with the ziplock onthe over the other sink and cleaned their faced that way. Only the fact got wet but then Kallie's beard and moustache got sooooooooo long, it was more of a pain to do it that way. :)

:lol2: I'm trying to picture a dog with a baggie bib on. :lol2: Only you, Carol.:D

So, have you used it yet?

I have to smell all the stuff I get too. I like smelling books. Especially new ones. Open them up and stick your nose into it. :D

When you read the directions on the bottle, it almost sounds like you can use it on humans.

Carol, do you want to try it and let us know how it works.

I am interested in how it works too. Chipper hasn't had quite as strict grooming routine through my illness so I need to get him back in good shape.

You must have me confused with Vicky.........she is the one that uses dog shampoo to wash her hair! (it was an accident, but still she would be the one to give it a try):lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2:

I bought the Cowboy Magic Shampoo and conditioner for my furkids and I.
didnt like it for myself or my kids. It was to dry for the hair. THe only products I like was the CM detangler & shine.:D

I'm not overly impressed with CM either. I don't like the smell and if I don't like the smell we don't use it.;) It didn't do wonders for the dogs anyway.

I'm really liking the A #1 System products. I had tried a small bottle of their Botanical Conditioner and loved it so I bought a gallon of it. It is very concentrated so it will last a lllllllooooooonnnnnnggggg time.:D

Carol, I know Vicky used dog shampoo that once (:lol2::lol2:) but since you have the Spa stuff, YOU could be our tester.:D

I like the Spa Lavish shampoo & conditioner, Pantene & Loreal Pro Vive for the furbutts. I say Carol should take one for the team and try it.:lol2::lol2::lol2:

Is the pantene a special kind for the dogs or do you just use the regular people shampoo?

I use the Spa Lavish on Mia and I LOVE it!!! It does a really good job of lightening the staining that she has left and cleaning her face! And it smells great too!!!
