Finally... !

Our fence had slats missing on one side of the fence and unfortunately one day my sweet Smokey boy decided to be rebellious and made me chase him all across the neighborhood. Well after that incident our gate door broke off due to high winds and bad weather so then I really couldn't let my two outside. Finally, my landlord fixed everything and now I can actually be on the deck and trust my dogs to run around without getting loose! YAY!

That's great. I can't let Chipper out without a leash. He runs away and won't come back when you call him. I am glad you have everything fixed.

Glad your landlord fixed everything! Nice landlord to allow you to have pets. That was a HUGE issue when we had to rent while our house was being built! NO PETS ALLOWED was what we heard everytime we called about a place. I finally "literally begged someone" and they caved! They were not disappointed! Our Kelsey was the "perfect lady."

Nothing more scarey than having your pet running away from you. I've only experienced that once with kallie when we first brought her home; she was afraid, in a new invironment, new people and she got out and "RAN." We were both in panic mode.......it was a horrible feeling.
