No I don't think it is a waste of time. We have to take them at face value till they prove otherwise and then just click on the triangle next to their post and Admin swiftly deals with them.

I wonder what their fascination with here is though. Is it the same person or has someone drawn them a roadmap:confused:

But, I do agree with you Elaine their name is a dead giveaway like the latest name on the newbie just registered list.:mad:

So just hold off a bit on the welcome if the name looks a little suspicious.

I think we should still welcome people to MT, if they turn out to be spammers, then we will take back our warm welcome.
I don't want them to control us and take over this site.

I do agree if the name looks funny then hold off on the welcome.
