Right girls, i need you thoughts here;)

As most of you know i want to get into showing Maltese!

Well, i have just spoken with the breeder that I'm meeting next month at a show. We have been chatting for a few months now & got to know each other a little.

She is showing two little girls next month at this show & has asked me to show one for her:tongue6: OMG:fainted:

What should i do?????????????? HELP

Remember i know zilch about how it all works, I'm nervous as hell at the thought of it:eek: What if i mess it all up for her????

It's a great opportunity & i know if i want to do this i need to learn somehow but then it would be at my pace & at least i would have time to adjust to the thought of it!

Are you kidding? Go for it girl! Can you go to a show before next month and take a look at some of the other handlers or is she willing to give you a little training before then??? I mean I think you would have to have a little bit of contact with the dog you are going to show to be a success at showing. jmo

You will have to start somewhere, and even if you read all the books, see all the videos, who's to say that you won't make a mistake? And even if you do who cares? It's more important that you had fun! Personally, I think you'll be perfect!:) :yay:

You don't want to regret not taking this opportunity, you will always say "what if?" Ultimately, it's what you decide. We will support you in whatever you choose.
