You mean like the flashing ones with different pictures??? No, but I think you can make one on photobucket.

I have found I don't like the pics I have and have to take new ones of the fur butts. We all know how well that goes for me. :o :o

I know you can make them in Animation Shop... I've made a few simple animations using that. Awesome program!
