I took Tinka and Brea in for their rabies vacc. today.

Brea is 4.6# and Tinka is a whopping 12.8#.

I have been feeding Tinka less so I'll just keep on with that. The vet said maybe down to 10# would be good. :D

On the down side, Brea has LP - grade 3 on her right hind leg. :( Her left hind leg is the one she had to have hip surgery on when she was 7 mos.
The LP isn't giving her any trouble now so we don't have to do anything - only if/when she shows signs of being in pain. I'm bummed.

I got to use my wonderful Hot Dog carrier. :) Brea looked so cute in it. The vet saw her in it and said, "Look at the little princess." LOL.

Otherwise they look healthy which of course, is a good thing.

I'm glad they both are healthy! :) Kaley was diagnosed with LP when she was 2 or so and luckily, it's never really progressed and she's 13 now. So fingers crossed that Brea doesn't progress either. I bet she looked adorable in her Hot Dog bag... I'd love to see a picture of that!! I've wanted one of those since I first saw them but I just don't think mine would actually stay in one.

Well I"m glad to hear the girls are in good health.

shes 4.5 ounces now. I"m so happy to see the scale.
I had them separet the rabies.. didnt want to over vacc her.
So i'm taking here again in 3 wks.

I had a strap with a clip on it put on the inside so the dogs can't escape. :) Or if they try, they certainly won't get very far. :lol2:

Pani and Brea are almost the exact same size. Isn't fun when they are that small? I never planned on a tiny one but she quit growing and then I was kinda happy. :) I think I posted before but Tinka and Brea are half sisters. What a difference in looks and size between the two.

I was thinking about ordering colors like that too.
but since its spring/summer time.. I decided to get green/pink/khaki.

I'm thinking about ordering another one for the fall/winter time.LOL

A bag for each season... that could get pretty expensive! ;)

They are nice carriers though, aren't they? Wanna post a pic of yours? Oh and if you want to put Pani in it, that would be great! :D

Do you guys have the sound so you can hear each other, too?

No sound. We do get to vote on the track we want to race on and also there are prewritten messages that you can send to each other before or after a set of four tracks. Things like: HELLO, OK, THAT WAS FUN, WANT TO PLAY VS...........etc. and tons more. There are also the tracks from the gamecube game to select from which I just love and I am so much more familiar with them. I hope to play a little more of those tonight. I think that is the only way I MIGHT just beat her!

Teri I work at a Oncology clinic in Houston.
I does Medical Records and other office tasks:tounge:
I get to sit on my butt all day and talk on MT.:lol2:
Ask Carol she knows about that.


I wouldnt consider myself a shopaholic either. :tounge:

I'm pretty sure only Brea would fit in the Hot Dog bag. Tinka weighs way too much - she would probably break it. :)

I will try tomorrow to get a pic of Brea in it. I will have to hang it somewhere on the wall with her in it though. :lol2: I can't hold the bag with her in it AND take the pic!!! :wink5:

Is it emotionally hard to work at an oncology clinic? It makes me sad to even think about what you must see and hear. :(
