I received the Oster Hi-velocity cage & table dryer today but am going to return it. This thing is huge:rolleyes: It's way to big and heavy for me and I am also afraid it is going to blow Alex away. This is more for a professional groomer than home use.

Did you mail order it or get it locally?

Awww, well at you don't want to blow Alex off the table..........I hope they are good about letting you return it. Sorry it didn't work out for you and is most likely not going to work for us other amature groomers.:wink5:

never liked cage dryers even when I worked as a groomer I hand dry all my dogs

I was mostly looking for a table stand dryer. So I would have my hands free to brush and comb. There is not much choice out there besides the Andis that does not have a good report. I was not expecting this thing to be that huge.

That was exactly my problem too Janine.........amost bought the
Andis but read some reviews about it not holding in position. If you find a goood one, let me know. It's tuff drying when one hand is tied up holding a dryer. :(

Got my Return authorization number and sent the thing back with DHL.
Now I have to start all over again and try to find something.

Good luck in you search...hopefully you will find something even better and just the size you need.
