I would think It is possible to get the same person. They draw and who ever you get is who you get. You just won't get yourself.

I was too at first....but then I started to look around and found a few things that I know she and her dogs would love. So now I am ready for her!!!

That is alright...Jasper loved everything that you sent him and would not mind having you again. I have already picked up a few things for the next GE just so I can be one step ahead. I can't wait either!!!
