Ugh I had the worst day. And its Friday :( my day started early at 730. I called the doctor on base to see if I could get an emergency appt. cause my throat had been sore since monday and tuesday I got a bad ear ache. The night before I got a fever which prompted me to call. Well they referred me off base to a walk in clinic. I got there at 9 was the first person there when they opened. I wasnt seen until 1030 (which was when I had to be at work). I wasnt happy. I was getting ready to leave when they said "oh ok well take you now" well 45 minutes later they finally gave me some prescription meds and sent me off. I get to work and I get slammed (I work at a coffee bar all alone). The girl who covered me left the place a mess. And I had to shut down midday to go shopping for some milk and coffee to replace what she had used and not told anyone.
Finally 3 oclock comes and I can shut down. Well I have to be back at work at the other location by 330. So I run home and ask hubby to get my prescription filled and he whines and I say fine Ill get it after work. Ok background story on this. Hubby had his wisdom teeth pulled so I had to go get his prescriptions filled. 3 hours and 4 pharmacys later before I got his filled. If I can do that he can get mine right?
Well I get to the airport (my other place of work) and its trashed!! again. So I mop, clean you know the deal and I find out the flights going to be delayed so im stuck here until they leave which is at 8.. Im not staying til 8. I have to get my prescription filled! So my boss is not going to be happy. This is why I want a "real" job. A job that I have the same hours every week and can schedule things around. Im so frustrated right now. I dont feel good and am mad at hubby. My weekend cannot come fast enough today.
