Bows -Do you prefer bands or barrettes?

Ive only tried clippies on her hair so far. I think thats what there called, the push kind.

We use both. For everday use though we use baby scruchies so they don't tear her hair.

But we like everything :) as long as its cute

Posh will wear anything. I have been using mostly barrettes or clips since they are easier to take out.

So we just got Cooper on Friday, and he is only 14 weeks old, what do people do with boys?? is there a 'handsome' hair option? i am NOT hair gifted, human or other, so I will have to have an easy option... but I would like to get the hair out of his eyes. Do you take clips (etc) out at night?? And Cooper is such a squirm - I can't imagine him sitting still for a hair do! :awink: Any suggestions will be MUCH appreciated!

It depends if you want a top knot or not. If you want a top knot they make manly bows.

I'm not sure about others, but when Jolie's topknot hair isn't long enough for to tie up, I don't use anything. There is no clip made that will stay in her hair. She is quite the tomboy.

When I do have the topknots in, I take them out every night - their hair needs a rest, too. :) I cut the bands out so that the hair doesn't get pulled out with the band.

The best bands that I have ever used are the ones from www.GoFetch.com. They just seem to work so much better and don't stick as much taking them out. I have tried many different kinds and I am sticking with these now. :)

He will learn to sit to get his hair done as he gets used to it. Just start with short amounts of time and work up to the time you need to get it done.

Lots of people here with male dogs use bands and bows in their guys hair... it's up to you - whatever you like!!;)

Jasper likes to wear his bows and yes I do take them out at night. Cooper will get used to wearing them and having his hair fixed if you do it all the time.

The best bands that I have ever used are the ones from www.GoFetch.com. They just seem to work so much better and don't stick as much taking them out. I have tried many different kinds and I am sticking with these now. :)

i prefer barrettes...hehe...i am now trying to make show bows...hehe...

I have tried both on Abbie. Barrettes are easier to get in and get out, but she looks cute in bows too.

I have only ever tried barettes on Zoe because her bangs are trimmed and I just place them on the crown of her head (still very cute).
