I swear that Jack has part Husky in him.:tongue6: When it was so cold last week we couldn't get him in the house after going potty. He would just run :dogwalk: back and forth on the side of the house and stand by the gate.
Now, since last night, the Chicago area has been hit by a big snow storm. :snow: We put him outside and we couldn't find him!!!!!!!! The snow is that high right now. He just loves to run and jump in that darn snow.
It hasn't let up yet and they say we're getting more snow well into tomorrow. We really can't complain about our weather. One major storm last Dec.1st, and the last minor storm was early Jan. Last week we had temp.'s in the negative:coldsm: and now we got hit with this storm. Cheryl (Gregswife), I'd be happy to ship you some and I'll even pay for the postage!!!!!

We don't have snow, but WHEN it rains, my 3 love to run and roll and carry on in it, it drives me nuts especially an 1hr before bed :tongue6:

Scrappy is with you there. Though amazingly on a hot day he loves to paddle in the lake if we are on a walk, but if it is raining outside forget it. He refuses to toilet outside if it is raining or windy.....
He has been known to run back inside and insist on his drawer being opened and he has dived in and come out with one of his booties in his mouth. :fainted:

Cheryl, thanks for your kind offer, but I think I am gonna' have to decline. It is snowing so hard you can barely see right now and we are on day 55 of measurable snow on the ground. I thought it was only day 53, but found out I was wrong. If you could package up some sunshine and warmth, I might be interested though!!!

Kira just loves the snow, I don't know if LB would be the same way. She didn't like going to the beach last summer. Wanted me to carry her the whole time.

Cheryl, I'll try to send you some sunshine. We are suppose to see some sun by tomorrow afternoon, at least that's what the weather man just said. I heard on one channel that lake effect snow would continue until tomorrow morning--about 3 inches more. My husband was in another room listening to another channel and he said we're getting 6 more inches. So, who do you believe? So far we got about 7 inches since 4 am this morning. My son went out for 2 hours shoveling and just got in about 1/2 hour ago. Jack just had to go out again, and Tony had to go out and corner him to get him back in. Needless to say, the side of the house now looks like a warzone and all his shoveling was ruined because of Eskimo Jack and him diving in the snow piles!!! Jack had so many ice patches on his underside, I said if he still had his little ball, they'd be little frozen balls.
Hope you guys get some relief soon in CO.

Hope Kallie likes the boots. I bought a pair for Jack and he refused to wear them. He just ripped the darn things right off and ran around with them in his mouth!!
