View Full Version : there are still kind people in the world today

A lot of bad stuff has been happening to me lately, but there are still some reminders that have been happening between it all that reminds me that there are some good people. This one particularly touched me because it came from a complete stranger.

I was walking out of work and it was raining... not bad, but still raining nonetheless. I really didn't care cause I was just going home, but this guy... probably in his 60's, asked me where I was headed, so I pointed over towards my car and he said he was going that way too and offered to walk me to my car. Of course, since he was being so nice, I figured I would just do it and we were talking along the way. He was a really nice person and it made me feel good that there are still good people around.

What a nice man..........but could have been dangerous too! You be careful, weird people come in all sizes, ages and shapes!!! I mean I try to help people when I can......seems like short people are attracted to me to get those food goods that are on the top shelves at the grocery store!:lol2::lol2::lol2:

But seriously, you be careful........this man may have been a nice guy this time, but next time, the guy might not be so nice! And some men in their 60s are pretty spry for their age!!!!

Haha funny you say that... I'm only 5' tall lol. I don't ever ask for help though unless I'm really having a hard time. Last time I tried to do that at the store, I found something long and I stood on the bottom shelf and pushed the product to the edge. lol It was pretty funny.

Anyways, I have a pretty good sense for a person's character. I can read people really well even if I meet them for an instant and most of time you can tell if someone is up to no good. And there were a ton of people around too so he'd be stupid to try anything with all these people around. I've had some people try to "help" me and I've declined because I don't trust them.
