Proud as punch

Today will be 6mths since I have had a smoke :D . I can't believe it has been that long, I just feel wonderful ( except for the extra 5kgs:) ), I really do, I am Happier ( except Davids issues:( ), healthier, I honestly don't think I would have handled what was happening to David as well if I still smoked. I mean all the ups and downs really cloud things ( didn't know that when I smoked).

Anyway I am just bragging, as I am very proud of myself.:D
