My new puppy is not quite house trained, and he’s ruining my floors! I’ve got hardwood floors with oriental rugs. Oriental rugs are really hard to clean, and I’m afraid I’m going to ruin them. The smell is terrible and I just want a clean house again. Can anyone recommend a solution? Help!

I don't know anything about the product you placed a link for and have never heard of it but I use "Simple Solutions" from my local Petco and it works great for removal of deep odors in carpets and I use a topical treatment like Resolve for carpets for a topical cleaning of the area.

How old is your puppy, male or female.......Name?? And we'd love for you to share some pictures of your fluff!!

I find that White Vinegar & Water in a spray bottle works well. I place more Vinegar then water in the bottle. The smell of the vinegar will disappear as well as the puppy accident odors. You can also buy Nature's Miracle in a pet store. Enjoy your Little One!

Totally new here but have you tried Nature's Miracle. It will neutralize pet odour and clean stains pretty good. I go over any stains that are not completely gone with Oxyclean liquied for laundry. I just mix abit in hot water and use a wet cloth soaked with it and scrub it out.Really works well for the "yellow" biley upchuck on carpets too when they are sick.

I've tired this product too and it does work well on stains! Thanks for the post!

Yup, I just found this product a few weeks ago and I love it. My girls don't. I spray it then I use this brush and scrub the stain and POOF the stain disapears completely. You can find it at almost any pet store.

Get Serious is the BEST product for cleaning accidents that I have ever found. I threw out my Nature's Miracle after my little girl kept going back to the same spot. I used Get Serious and it solved the problem. It also works on grease and lots of other things too. I am not sure about oriental rugs, so you'd have to see about that. Also if you are in a pinch or need to use something else vinegar does do well. It just doesn't take care of the pheromones.

Where do you purchase "Get Serious?" Do you have a link for internet purchase and information on the product???

I'm not sure about online. I purchase it from a store here called paws around town. What sold me is it ALWAYS smells good in there even though they have carpet an are cleaning up doggie accidents all the time with all their dogs and customers dogs that come in. Thy showed me what they use and so I tried it and it worked wonders. I use it for spots and if I have a foster that has potty training issues I put it in my carpet cleaner to cover large areas (just in case). I love it. Look at their website as it is probably on there under training or something andif you don't see it call their 800 # on there and they can help you. I have had them ship me things when I was away before. I love the girls there!
