I had to save mine as a .gif to get it to work. I don't know why. The image can't be bigger than 75 by 75 pixels. You may have to change the resolution also, mine is 72 pixels per inch. If you want to email the picture to me I'll try to do it for you. But I'm no expert so I can't promise I can get it to go but I would be happy to try. :p
